Buttercream is definitely an area that I am uncomfortable with and could stand a little (lot of) practice with. My mother made cakes when I grew up and I'd like to think that I picked up a thing or two in that time but other than that, I've taken any classes yet. Like me, my mother preferred to work alone with little fingers as far away as possible. Here's my snoopy cookie plaque cake.
